This ten minute loving kindness guided meditation features a meditation to send loving kindness to yourself, to those who have helped you and those near and dear to you and more. This practices helps to increase self acceptance. There are many varieties of this meditation technique, which is also known as metta. This ten minute meditation focuses on loving and accepting yourself, feeling at ease, safe and secure and using visualization to see yourself surrounded by feelings of love.
