THIS WEBSITE, MINDFUL HAPPINESS & YOU

I created this website (http://www.shirleyarcher.com) and launched my new blog as a resource for today's busy woman - YOU!

I know, because I am you. We hear about self-care and self love. You know you 'should' do something to take more care of you, but because of everything you're juggling — work, family, friends, and community — it feels selfish and impossible.

More than anything, you want more peace, happiness, energy, oh, and sleep. Right?

But happiness doesn't come from one thing. We create happiness each day through our attitude and our actions [more on this later]. And, to take care of others, you need to make time for yourself. I learned this the super hard way. I want to save you from having to go through the same ordeal.

I overcame illness—chronic fatigue syndrome— and transformed my life.

I want to share what I've learned from my personal experience, the experience of others and growing scientific evidence that tells us that a critical key to creating this transformation is mindfulness, another way of saying present awareness.

So, how and where do you start? You start within by building a more Mindful You, strengthening your foundation and building your inner strength. This fires up your inner beauty which grows to enhance your outer beauty, your self-confidence and self-acceptance that YOU are the best and most beautiful you - your Mindful Beauty.

Each day, you nurture your self, in mind, body and spirit by practicing Mindful Health and Fitness. You create a healthy home and kitchen—your supportive nest. And, when you put it all together, it adds up to Mindful Happiness that infects every aspect of your life, creating so much joy and energy that you are simply thrilled to be alive and can say with confidence that you love your life.

Now, I LOVE my life. As a journalist, magazine columnist and author of 15 books, I've met so many amazing people who are working to uncover more ways to create health, beauty and happiness. I want you to benefit from all the experiences, research, education and wisdom that I have gained. My passion is to share all of it with you. I will do this with each blog post, podcast, book and course that I offer.

I hope that you join me on this journey of love. Please also share your challenges with me so that I can continue to tailor my tips and information to meet your needs.

I've created a video introduction for you below, so you can find out a little more about me and how I help helps busy people who want to balance career, relationships and self-care, but never seem to be able to find the time or the right guidance.
